[VIAC Supported Events] London International Disputes Week 2026: Tradition, trust and transformation in international dispute resolution (1st – 5th June 2026)

We are pleased to announce that we are a proud supporter of London International Disputes Week, in the lead up to LIDW26 taking place from 1st – 5th June. For 2026, the theme for LIDW is ‘Tradition, trust and transformation in international dispute resolution.’ The main conference will be taking place on Tuesday 2nd June at the QEII Centre, as part of a week of events. 

Since its inception in 2019, LIDW has become one of the largest global gatherings of those involved in the resolution of international disputes. Last year over 10,000 people attended in person and virtually, representing over 100 countries from around the world. At the heart of LIDW is a collaborative ethos which brings together all stakeholders in the resolution of international disputes, whatever the sector or form of dispute resolution, whether arbitration, litigation and mediation.

LIDW brings together the international dispute resolution community whether based in London or around the world to debate and explore the key issues and topics, and to help drive awareness and best practice globally. LIDW aims to represent London’s dispute resolution community and demonstrate legal London’s commitment to diversity, inclusion and the rule of law.

Now in its seventh year, LIDW is a forward-thinking forum for discussions on the future of international dispute resolution. This year’s LIDW will be a hybrid event for legal practitioners from across the world, and will no doubt provide crucial insights into the business and law of international dispute resolution and arbitration.
